Responsibilities
This Program Management role will support the Program Management Office (PMO) with ongoing long-term projects and compliance needs. This position will include executing, documenting, and controlling projects and high-priority initiatives with near-term deliverables, as well as supporting the execution of contract compliance functions within the Local Number Portability Administration (LNPA). Engage with various levels in the organization – from the executive management team to the technical team – to analyze problems and develop solutions. Develop materials for information sharing with management team and external parties.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Gather and assess data for input into reports to stakeholders, documenting decisions, and tracking action items and project risks
- Lead teams in the monitoring and controlling of priority projects and initiatives
- Continually evaluate quality artifacts to ensure integrity for audit purposes and for considerations of continual improvement opportunities for review and report with manager support
- Support work with cross-organizational LNPA team members in order fulfill contractual and regulatory audit, compliance and reporting obligations
- Plan and execute internal audits and exercises, including results and areas for improvements, and present results and leading discussions both internally and to customers and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with internal groups to set up and execute process measurement and process controls to ensure compliance with Service Level Requirements and Audit and Compliance obligations
- Identify and drive the development and review of new methods and processes to address the evolving needs of the business, with little to no management direction
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of successful project coordination and operational support
- 5 years of Program Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, analytic, and organizational skills
- Strong oral, and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task on several projects and assume new responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with financial modeling for budget forecasting

NOC Engineer Lead
Customer service skills like; patience, attentiveness, attention to detail, and clear communication are vital and Windows/MAC PC, and general end user support in a variety of technologies are required. Our customer services desk provides end-user support for proprietary business applications and standard (off the shelf) client software. Individuals that demonstrate initiative and self-direction in this fast paced company will find ample professional growth opportunities. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
- The IT Service Desk and Network Operations Team is 24x7x365 in support of internal and external customers. While the schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday, 7AM to 4PM ET, there will be the occasional requirement to work other hours and on national holidays.
- During the initial training period, the shift schedule will be adjusted to Noon to 9PM ET. It is anticipated that the training period will not exceed two months.
- Excellent work ethic, time management, and strong customer focus are key skills required to perform this function successfully.
- Monitor and respond to multiple channels of customer communication including chat, email, and phone.
- Accurately entering/updating tickets into a ticketing system, assigning the tickets per a documented schedule or process, and calling technicians as required to support issues.
- Support the following types of calls, questions, or tickets (not all-inclusive):
- IT Desktop Applications (ex. Outlook, Microsoft Office, VPN software, Windows/MAC OS)
- IT Infrastructure (ex. telephones, network/internet connectivity)
- Customer Service Requests (ex. password resets, VPN token resets, service questions)
- Application Troubleshooting
- Production and Non-Production environment platform monitoring for alarms and performance issues on systems, applications, databases and network/customer connectivity.
- Team closely with Network Operations, Server Operations, Security Operations, Application Operations and Customer Service Center to help design, manage, and maintain alerts into the Service Desk - NOC area as well as interface with these teams as needed in support of end user or customer requests/issues.
- Manage alarm events and technical application issues – creating, modifying, troubleshooting and closing trouble tickets and routing issues to appropriate teams or vendors to be investigated and aid wherever needed or requested.
- Be able to carefully follow written instructions to execute troubleshooting and feedback when the written instruction requires updates.
- Support/Perform Project Tasks, Requirements and other Operations deliverables, as requested.
- Create, write, and train staff on procedures for Service Desk - NOC personnel to follow.
- Learn and understand all provided training materials associated with the industry, application, customer service, and related processes/procedure.
- Learn and execute the Incident Management process and update Incident Management documentation as requested.
- Gain a thorough understanding of internal processes and assist as needed
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree is preferred but not required.
- A passion for customer service and satisfaction and wanting to have a positive impact on your teammates.
- Minimum 10+ years of customer service experience with a technical Helpdesk.
- Previous experience in Network or Service Operations Center, technical troubleshooting, customer support, monitoring systems and knowledge of ticket and incident management, resolution and escalation processes.
- Strong familiarity with Linux, Windows, MAC OS Operating Systems, Networking concepts, AWS concepts, and Security concepts and terminology.
- Strong Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills and strong Desktop support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to author professional and easy to follow instructions and correspondence.
- Initiative, critical thinking and good follow-through.
- Being a self-starter and an excellent team player.
- The ability to calibrate messaging and coaching for staff of different levels of experience.
- This position will grow into providing training for new staff and potentially supporting our ServiceNow administration and development initiatives.

Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓÆµ is seeking Software Developer Engineer in Test (Test Automation Engineer) to design test automation scripts to ensure that our products match our SW quality standards in support of a large-scale software deployment. You will need to be collaborative and influential across our team, working closely with development and DevOps teams to automate testing where possible, contributing to our Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipeline. You will serve as key member for test Automation process toward quality-centric methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support both functional and non-functional testing requirements across web applications and APIs
- Execute manual test cases, perform exploratory testing, and validate complex business scenarios that require human insight and judgment
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test documentation to validate solution requirements and ensure thorough test coverage
- Partner with DevOps teams to integrate automated test suites into our continuous integration pipeline, ensuring seamless deployment processes
- Work closely with System Engineering, Architecture, Program Management, and Software Development teams throughout the entire development lifecycle
Serve as a key contributor to quality-centric methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives within an Agile environment
Requirements:
- Skilled with a variety of languages, frameworks, tools and techniques for service and front-end test automation, including Postman, Selenium and Testing Frameworks (ROBOT preferable)
- Basic understanding of Web based application build using java Script based framework like Angular.
- Strong experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, JSON-based RESTful services, SQL, and Linux environments
- Proven ability to write automation to verify data structures, data formats, and data values.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud applications, preferably serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway), and RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience with performance testing, stress testing, and reliability testing methodologies
- Experience with code repositories using Git and CI/CD tools like AWS Code Pipeline and Jenkins
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/SCRUM processes and collaborative tools such as Helix ALM and JIRA
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with proven cross-functional collaboration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 8+ years of working experience in Software Engineering or Software Engineering in Test (SDET) roles.

Responsibilities by Department:

Sales

Requirements
